Spiti in Winter

 

My urge to explore Spiti in the winter was fulfilled rather early after my brief stint there in July. I once again embarked on the journey to visit the beautiful valley of Spiti in December with the Spiti Holiday Adventure group. The hospitality and comfort of the way the entire trip was planned made my previous visit in the summer seem like a tormenting hike from Shimla to Kaza. From understanding the local situations during winter to sipping on some authentically brewed seabuckthorn tea and savoring the bitter white landscapes, it was truly a memorable trip that I would not forget. I shot the entire trip on a Pixel 2 XL and a Nikon D750 with a Tamron 15-30 f/2.8 lens.
